Dann<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>450g Mehl<\/li>\n<li>40g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>75g weiche Butter<\/li>\n<li>1 Ei<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>vermengen, die Hefe-Milch dazu, und zu einem Teig verkneten. Falls der Teig zu klebrig sein sollte noch Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen, bis sich der Teig gut vom Schl\u00fcsselrand l\u00f6st. Dann 30min an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50g Butter schmelzen und mit<\/li>\n<li>Zucker und<\/li>\n<li>viel Zimt vermischen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Den Teig d\u00fcnn auswellen (Arbeitsfl\u00e4che gut bemehlen), die F\u00fcllung dar\u00fcber verstreichen, aufrollen, und in ca. 2-3cm dicke Scheiben schneiden. Mit ausreichend Abstand aufs Backblech, mit Eigelb bepinseln (wer mag kann noch Hagelzucker dr\u00fcber streuen wie im Bild &#8211; der h\u00e4lt aber nicht gut) und 5-10min bei 225\u00b0 Umluft backen &#8211; dabei die Schnecken nicht zu braun werden lassen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heute mal was zum Backen!
