Ein Blech gut fetten, den Teig darin auswellen und einen Rand formen. Die Spargelst\u00fccke darauf verteilen, die Eier-Sahne-Masse dar\u00fcber gie\u00dfen und den restlichen K\u00e4se dar\u00fcber streuen.<\/p>\n<p>Im vorgeheizten Backofen (Oberunterhitze) bei 200 Grad 30 min backen.<\/p>\n<p>Wer mag kann vor der Eiermasse noch 100g Kochschinken \u00fcber den Spargel verteilen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ergibt ein Blech, ja nach Hunger werden drei oder vier Personen satt.
