{"id":181,"date":"2016-06-28T09:00:41","date_gmt":"2016-06-28T07:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.xn--l-und-balsami-hmb.co\/?p=181"},"modified":"2020-06-14T15:35:46","modified_gmt":"2020-06-14T13:35:46","slug":"spaghetti-carbonara","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xn--l-und-balsami-hmb.co\/?p=181","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti carbonara"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Das ist wieder mal was au\u00dfer der Reihe als Merkzettel f\u00fcr mich.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr 2 Personen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250g Spaghetti<\/li>\n<li>75-100g Schinkenspeck\/Kochspeck in groben Streifen<\/li>\n<li>1 Zehe Knoblauch<\/li>\n<li>25g geriebenen Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>25g geriebenen Pecorino<\/li>\n<li>2 Eier + 1 Eigelb<\/li>\n<li>frische Petersilie<\/li>\n<li>Salz, Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Spaghetti bissfest kochen.<\/p>\n<p>Den Knoblauch abziehen, zwischen Messer und Pfannenwender einmal quetschen und mit dem Speck in ein bisschen Oliven\u00f6l anbraten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Eier mit der H\u00e4lfte des K\u00e4ses verquirlen. Nudeln abgie\u00dfen, in die Pfanne geben, dann alles in einer Sch\u00fcssel mit der Ei-K\u00e4se-Ma\u00dfe vermischen (darf nicht komplett stocken) und direkt anrichten.
