Danke an Nicole f\u00fcr das Rezept!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr 4 Personen ben\u00f6tigt man:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500ml Sahne<\/li>\n<li>300g Tiefk\u00fchl-Himbeeren<\/li>\n<li>50-75g Sch\u00e4umle (=Meringe)<\/li>\n<li>1 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker<\/li>\n<li>1 Prise Salz<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Cointreau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Sahne halbsteif schlagen, Salz, Vanillezucker und Cointreau hinzu geben und ganz steif schlagen.<\/p>\n<p>Die gefrorenen Himbeeren unten in eine Sch\u00fcssel, die Sahne dar\u00fcber und ganz oben eine Schicht zerbr\u00f6selte\/zerschnittene Sch\u00e4umchen &#8211; die Menge kann man hier nach belieben variieren.<\/p>\n<p>Dann muss das ganze noch f\u00fcr 3h (oder l\u00e4nger) in den K\u00fchlschrank, damit die Himbeeren auftauen.<\/p>\n<p>Servieren, bewundern lassen, einmal gut umr\u00fchren und verteilen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ein leckerer Nachtisch, sch\u00f6n leicht, erfrischend, knusprig!
