Etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Backofen auf 200\u00b0 (Ober-\/Unterhitze) vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p>Eigelb, Margarine, Zucker und Zitronenschale mischen und unter den lauwarmen Grie\u00dfbrei r\u00fchren. Eiwei\u00df steifschlagen und unterheben.<\/p>\n<p>Eine Ofenform einfetten, die erste H\u00e4lfte Brei einf\u00fcllen, Kirschen darauf und die zweite H\u00e4lfte des Breis dar\u00fcber verteilen und glatt streichen.
