Vanillzucker<\/li>\n<li>1 Prise Salz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Butter in einem Topf stark erhitzen und richtig tief braun werden lassen, dabei die schwarzen Br\u00f6sel gut vom Boden abkratzen, die tragen den Geschmack. Ein bisschen abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Die staubigen Zutaten mischen, die fl\u00fcssige Butter dazu geben, fix verkneten und zu Rollen formen (Durchmesser ca. 3 cm, meist werden sie etwas oval). Mindestens 12h kalt stellen.<\/p>\n<p>30min vor dem Backen aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen, sonst sind die Rollen zu hart, und die Kekse zerbr\u00f6seln! Den Backofen auf 150\u00b0 vorheizen.
