Sollte 4-6 Wochen vor Weinachten gebacken werden, damit sie Zeit haben weich zu werden.<\/p>\n<p>Menge f\u00fcr knapp 5 Bleche:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>265g Zuckerr\u00fcbensirup<\/li>\n<li>265g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>330g Weizenmehl<\/li>\n<li>330g Roggenmehl<\/li>\n<li>80g Butter<\/li>\n<li>165g gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse<\/li>\n<li>2 Eier<\/li>\n<li>1 Packung gutes Lebkuchengew\u00fcrz (das von Hayma soll gut sein, das von Ostmann war ein bisschen zu scharf)<\/li>\n<li>10g Hirschhornsalz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Zucker uns Sirup vorsichtig erw\u00e4gen, dass sich der Zucker l\u00f6st (z.B. in der Mikrowelle auf niedrigster Stufe, immer wieder r\u00fchren).<\/p>\n<p>Das Mehl sieben, restliche Zutaten dazu und gut verkneten. Teig mindestens \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank oder Keller ruhen lassen, dass die Gew\u00fcrze durchziehen.
