Zimt<\/li>\n<li>50g Sahne (kalt)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1 EL der Schokolade fein reiben, den Rest \u00fcber dem Wasserbad schmelzen und unter gelegentlichem R\u00fchren wieder abk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ei trennen. Eiwei\u00df mit dem halben Zucker steif schlagen, Sahne steif schlagen, beides noch mal kurz kalt stellen. Das Eigelb mit Zimt und dem Rest Puderzucker aufschlagen bis es schaumig ist.
