Das Eiwei\u00df steif schlagen. Zucker, Eigelb und Zitronenschale schaumig r\u00fchren. Mehl, Mandeln, Gew\u00fcrze und Backpulver mischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erst M\u00f6hren und Eiercreme vermengen, dann Mehlmischung einr\u00fchren und Kirschwasser zugeben. Zum Schluss Eischnee unterheben und alles in die gefettete Springform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei 180\u00b0 50min bei Ober-\/Unterhitze in den Ofen. Etwas ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
